SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

Sports Specific Training is designed to help the active young athlete improve and reach their sport specific goals. Athletes will be introduced to many of the Olympic lifts, as well as be given a program that encourages proper technique and enhanced sports performance. We want our young athletes to be the strongest, fastest, and most agile out on the field, feeling confident that they may complete any task set before them.

*Due to the safety of each young athlete, coaches will gauge which class is most appropriate in relation to the ability of the student athlete.
