Time Doing CrossFit: I have been participating in CrossFit since around 2014.
What is CrossFit to you?: CrossFit is a way for me to release stress, challenge myself, and have the opportunity to workout with those who strive to better themselves in the same way that I want to.
Favorite Music: EDM (Electronic Dance Music), Pop, and you can never go wrong with a little bit of Classic Rock!
