Time Doing CrossFit: I started doing CrossFit back in 2013. My Mom invited me to my first class because she was scared to go by herself. We both have been hooked ever since.
What Is CrossFit To You?: CrossFit is so many different things on any given day. It can be a community, it can be empowering, or it can be an outlet. It really is whatever you make it.
Music Choice: For me it really depends on what I am doing. If I am just lifting, I enjoy slow and easygoing music. It helps me focus and slow down. If I am mid WOD, I just want something with a good beat that is loud so I can’t hear myself breathing.
