Time Doing CrossFit: I started doing CrossFit in 2013 with my daughter.
What Is CrossFit To You?: CrossFit is definitely my place to decompress, fellowship with some great friends, set goals for myself and a place where I feel strong. It allows me to push and motivate myself, not accepting failure but moving beyond it. It has shown me that age is just a number and that our bodies are amazing entities, capable of much more than we can imagine. I think the biggest hurdle for most people is just walking through the door. Give it a try and I can guarantee that you will be hooked!
Favorite Music: I like things a little slower if I’m just lifting…Avett Brothers, Lumineers and Josh Garrels. For a WOD, really anything Christian to Rock that has a good beat and can drown out all the other ropes hitting the floor during double unders.
