Time Doing CrossFit: I started CrossFit back in 2018. It was a fun way for me to rehab my shoulder after surgery.
What is CrossFit to you?: For me CrossFit has been the ultimate combination of cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics and overall functional movement. The best part is that it can be formatted for ANYONE. It has been a fun way for me to challenge myself and create a better me.
