Crossfit Kids is a class for kids who are looking to have fun and be active. Classes are offered for ages 5-10 and 11-15.
Sports Specific Training is a class designed for the already active young athlete to improve at their sport. This class is designed for ages 10+.
Ashe Barbell Club is for the independent lifter who wishes to solely lift outside of a class setting.
A 30 minute class designed to give you a full body workout at your own pace. Individuals may choose from a 2x or 3x per week option.
