By focusing on proper mechanics we are encouraging physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. CrossFit Kids is meant to provide a fun and active alternative to sedentary pursuits, encouraging a healthier lifestyle for our children. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, with workouts that are designed specifically for kids and teens.
